How To Claim Warranty

Check The Warranty Period: Miss Highness offers a warranty on its silver jewellery for 6 months. Before claiming a warranty, make sure that your jewellery is still within the warranty period.
Contact Customer Service: If you have any issues with your silver jewellery, contact Miss Highness customer service through our website or email. Explain the issue you are facing and provide your order details.
Return The Jewellery: If Miss Highness customer service determines that your silver jewellery is eligible for a warranty claim, they will provide you with instructions on how to return the jewellery. Make sure to pack the jewellery safely and securely before shipping it back to Miss Highness for repair or replacement. After getting confirmation over email, you have to pay ₹199 which will only cover the shipping cost of the product, despite your location. In case, your Pincode is not serviceable, you have to ship the product on your own. After successfully receiving your self-shipped product, you have to make a payment of ₹120 to us, as shipping charges, so that we can send your product back to you after repairing it.
Wait For Evaluation: Once Miss Highness receives your returned jewellery, we will take around 2-3 days to evaluate it to confirm the issue and determine whether it is covered under warranty or not.
Receive the replacement: If your silver jewellery is covered under warranty, Miss Highness will provide you with a replacement or repair of the jewellery free of charge, which will take around 7-15 working days. If the issue is not covered under warranty, you will be informed of any repair costs and given the option to proceed with the repair or have the jewellery returned to you as it is.
Note: In self-shipping, the total responsibility of the product will be to the customer. Miss Highness will not bear the loss of anything.
