In which we inspect the product's finish from the front and back. The colour and gloss of the jewellery are checked second, and the finishing of diamonds and stones is checked third. If any of the following quality tests fail to satisfy our requirements, the product will not be considered ready to ship.

Additionally, while packing the product for delivery, we ensure that it is completely perfect from the inside out. As a result, it is quite unusual to have a problem with the product's quality. Terms Of Exchange

  • Buyer must ask for an exchange within 24 hours after receiving the product, after which no exchange offer will be available, whether for manufacturing damage or for any other reason.
  • If you received the wrong item, please submit an exchange request within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with 3 photos of the products and the packing slip.
  • Only products in their original, unused condition with all original packing and tags attached are eligible for exchange. End-of-season sale products are not exchangeable.
  • Please complete the exchange procedure and specify the preferred exchange item to begin an exchange. Further instructions will be provided by our customer service staff.
  • We will only cover the shipping costs for the first exchange. The buyer is then liable for the cost of returning the item as well as any additional shipping fees for the exchanged item.
  • We will do our utmost to help you throughout the procedure if you apply for a free exchange. For an exchange, our courier partner will pick up the product from you within 4 to 5 working days.
  • Once the product arrives at the company's premises, our quality control staff will thoroughly inspect it; only after their approval will the customer be entitled to an exchange. We will process the exchange within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • The time it takes for your replaced item to arrive to you might differ depending on where you reside.
  • If the chosen exchange item is not available, a full refund will be sent to the original payment method.
  • If the client wants to exchange the current product for another product or the same product but with a different design and colour mentioned on the website, he or she must submit a request to our contact support.

  • Miss Highness provides a free return within 24 hours after the successful delivery of the product. There is no money-back guarantee, however, you may easily exchange the goods for any of the products mentioned on our website.
  • We offer a hassle-free 24-hour return policy. We are unable to give you a return or exchange if 24 hours have passed since you got the merchandise.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it to be eligible for a return. It must also be in its original packing, otherwise, the consumer will be penalised.
  • If you do not desire the same design, the whole value of the product will be reflected on your account on Miss Highness's website, which you may use for shopping at any time within a year of the return date.
  • Several items are excluded from being returned. However, if you received a faulty item. We can offer an exchange or return on that particular product.
  • If you don't want to buy the products right away after returning them, we may generate a credit amount on your Miss Highness customer account that is valid for 06 months from the day you returned it. You can use that amount at any time and on any product within six months after the date of purchasing the product.

Terms Of Refund

  • If the purchase is not delivered, there is no monitoring of the product by the courier partner, and money is prepaid, the buyer is eligible for a full refund.
  • Due to natural climatic difficulties or any calamity, the order cannot be delivered within 14 working days, and this must be certified by the courier partner as well.
  • The damaged/missing products are not eligible for refunds; however, we can only exchange them if applicable.
  • Items that have been damaged or are missing must be reported via email or call within 24 hours of delivery, with almost 3 photographs attached to your return request. We will not give replacements if the problem is not reported within 24 hours. We are not liable for normal wear and tear on purchased things and will not give a replacement item beyond 24 hours of receiving the item.
  • After receiving your returned product (which takes 5-7 working days) and inspecting it (which might take 1-2 business days), we will let you know if your refund was accepted or rejected. If it is approved, your refund or replacement will be processed within 2-3 business days and a credit will be given to your Miss Highness account. Which you can use for future shopping at Miss Highness only. The entire procedure might take 10-12 business days.
