• If your product arrives with in-box breakage and you have an opening video, we will provide a replacement box with free shipping.
• In the absence of an opening video, a shipping fee of 199 credits will be charged for the replacement box.

4. Color-related Issues:

• If you encounter any issues with the color and wish to return or exchange the product, we will require you to cover the shipping costs.
• After polishing or addressing the issue, we will promptly send the product back to you.

5. Dissatisfaction or Change of Mind:
